Eclipse Integration Day Retreat

I designed a transformative Eclipse Integration Day Retreat to help participants ground and integrate the powerful energies of the eclipse in a deeply nourishing way. Set in a stunning beachfront property, the experience included yoga, pranayama, and multiple meditations to support alignment and balance. A private chef curated high-vibrational meals, while personalized bodywork sessions provided deep relaxation and restoration. We also gathered for a heart-opening cacao ceremony infused with Quantum Energy Rose Healing, creating space for reflection and energetic renewal. The day culminated in a powerful breathwork journey with sound healing, allowing participants to release, integrate, and step forward with clarity and expansion.
