Frequently Asked Questions
General Information
What is a private customized retreat?
Each retreat is fully tailored to your unique needs, goals, and desires. Whether you're seeking relaxation, healing, adventure, or personal growth, we create an experience just for you.
Where do the retreats take place?
Our retreats are hosted at stunning luxury villas in Baja California Sur, including San José del Cabo and the East Cape. Each location is carefully selected for its beauty, comfort, and ability to provide a deeply restorative environment, with a strong emphasis on the healing power of nature. Nature plays a central role in all of our accommodations, offering a serene and peaceful backdrop to your retreat experience. I am also currently building an intimate off-grid eco wellness retreat space, complete with a permaculture and edible garden, Casa Kura Kura, where I will host future retreats. This space will be designed with elegance and comfort in mind, offering a luxurious and serene environment that is deeply connected to and respectful of nature, without compromising on style or sophistication. How long are your retreats?
We offer fully customized retreats tailored to your needs and intentions which includes duration and dates. We do suggest a minimum stay of 7 days, with 10 days being ideal—especially for those recovering from burnout, as it typically takes a few days to settle in and fully surrender to the experience. For retreats incorporating medical assistance, such as detox programs or psychotherapy, we recommend a stay of at least 4 weeks to ensure the most effective and supportive healing process.
Do I need prior experience in yoga, meditation, or wellness practices?
Not at all! Our retreats are designed for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners.
